How To Make Pasta Toast
Recipe by Naiya Sheth: Toasts are very easy way to serve. There are so many kind of toppings available in market for toast. But here today we are going to make delicious pasta toasts. As the name indicates it has a delicious topping of lezat pasta.

Ingredients to make Pasta Toast:
2 slices bread
For toppings:
1 tea spoon oil
1/4 cup boiled pasta
2 table spoon sliced onion
2 table spoon sliced capsicum
2 table spoon sliced and par boiled carrot
2 table spoon long chopped french beans - par boiled
Salt to taste
2 table spoon tomato pure
1 table spoon tomato ketch up
1 tea spoon corn flour
1 tea spoon chilly flacks
1 tea spoon red chilly powder
1 tea spoon oregano
Grated cheese as needed
To serve with:
Tomato ketch up
Method to make Pasta Toast:
For toppings:
- Heat oil in a pan and add all vegetables to it, saute for 2 minutes and then add tomato pure to it. Cook foe 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add boiled pasta and dry seasoning to it. Mix well.
- At last add corn flour slurry to it. and cook for 2 minutes.
How to assemble:
- Grill or toast till crisp and then spread pasta over it.
- Cover with grated cheese and then sprinkle some of chilly flacks and oregano on it.
- Bake for 2 minutes at 200`preheated panggangan or till cheese melts.
- Serve hot and delicious Pasta toast with tomato ketch up.
