Pull A Part Garlic Bun
Recipe by Naiya Sheth: A very healthy and delicious winter recipe with lots of fresh garlic and garlic butter. As we all know garlic is very good for health and this is the best season to eat fresh green garlic. So, I made this enak piping hot Pull a Part Garlic bun yesterday. Simply super aromatic recipe it is.
Preparation time - 5 to 7 minutes

Ingredients to make Pull a Part Garlic Bun:
2 buns
1 onion finely chopped (I chopped in the chopper)
2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese grated
2 tablespoon grated process cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped bell peppers
1 teaspoon chilli flacks
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
For garlic butter:
2 to 3 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh green garlic
1 teaspoon chilli flacks
Method to make Pull a Part Garlic Bun:
- First of all melt butter in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Add all ingredients of garlic butter to it and again melt for 10 seconds and mix well.
- Keep aside.
- Now mix all other ingredients excluding bun in a mixing bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds.
- Place a bun on chopping board and cut as above. Make sure not to cut up to the base.
- Carefully fill above mixture in between cuts.
- Brush garlic butter on the top surface. Repeat the same for another.
- Now put them in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with lid. Place in microwave with a glass of water. Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes and our Piping hot Pull a Part Garlic Bun is ready to serve. Just pull a part of garlic bun and enjoy hot aromatic garlic bun.
- In case you want to bake in o.t.g. Cover bun with aluminium foil properly and then bake for 5 to 7 minutes at the 150`preheated oven.
